More Emery vs. DOP (Follow-up to Technical Bulletin # 16)
It is ATI's understanding that the US Army has sent letters
to certifiers demanding a $20,000 license fee to use this
liquid. Steve Halsey, a member of the International Air Filter
Certifiers Association (IAFCA), has begun a dialogue with
the US Army patent attorney in regards to this fee.
If you encounter problems with the US Army or want additional
information on this controversial subject, please call Steve
at (703) 351-5077 or fax at (703) 435-1744. You may write
