自动、混合和手动配置

100X 可以在订购时配置3 种操作方式:

  • 自动版——可与客户设计的、由可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)驱动的 自动生产线无缝整合, 最适合于 100% 在线无损产品检测。此版本经由通讯端口受到控制, 成为自动生产线的客户端设备。
  • 混合版——具有手动模式和自动模式的双重灵活性。 可通过一个 本地测试夹具, 切换至手动模式下操作, 也可以在自动生产环境中使用一个远端测试夹具, 切换至自动模式。

100X 能够满足10 至 170 升每分钟的流量, 能测试多种过滤器。

油或盐气溶胶的生成

100X 有适用于油(DOP, PAO, 石蜡油)或盐(NaCl)气溶胶生成的机型。
具有专利的气溶胶溶液补给系统含一个独立的 3.8 升(1加仑)储罐, 避免停止生产, 因而提高生产率。 对于盐气溶胶的测试系统, 补给系统减少由动态盐度引起的气溶胶浓度和粒子大小/分布的转变。

N95 respirators are widely used by workers across healthcare, construction, and many other industries. The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) is the agency that tests and certifies all models of N95 respirators.

Accessories:

The 100X can be supplied with an optional local exhaust module to filter all aerosol exhaust when facility exhaust ducting is not available. The local exhaust module is designed with a convenient differential pressure gauge to help determine when to replace the internal HEPA filter. To extend the life of the HEPA filter, turn the 100X off or place it in standby mode when not in use. NOTE: the local exhaust is designed for use in manual mode.
