Routine Service and Calibration
Routine service and calibration of Air Techniques International (ATI) aerosol generation and measurement instrumentation can save money long term by avoiding down time, non-compliance issues, costly investigations, paperwork and timely setbacks.
ATI provides in-house calibration, servicing, and support services across all product lines to ensure you and your equipment are operating at expected performance levels to meet the most stringent customer requirements. On-site support is offered for larger, capital equipment instruments such as our filter and mask testing units. Proper calibration and servicing of your equipment provides confidence in the results you and your customers rely upon.
All calibrations are conducted in strict accordance with Industry guidelines and completed using NIST-traceable standards. Along with ATI’s corporate US headquarters and UK office, each Authorized ATI Service Provider is trained to provide consistency in each calibration and use only factory supplied replacement materials, ensuring the same calibration results and reliable performance of ATI products worldwide.
Aerosol generator output evaluations are also available from ATI for all makes and models regardless of manufacturer. Particle size distributions and/or mass output calibration is available upon request.
