The iProbe Plus creates a unique record of each filter scanned. Each record includes key identifiers (IDs) and important scan data for quality control and leak scan traceability.
Remote Control of Thermal Printer – NEW!
Easily manage your thermal printer remotely, making printing more convenient and hassle-free.
User Benefit: Scanned data can be printed on-site. The data is detailed and clear, and it supports 21 CFR Part 11.
Scan Traceability IDs
The iProbe Plus offers filter leak scan traceability by requiring critical ID information to be entered.
- Job
- Room
- Filter
- Technician
User Benefit: Enhances quality control by providing a detailed digital record of each filter scanned.
On-screen Information
- Max % leakage
- Effective scan time
- Every alarm instance recorded
- Pass/fail recorded for each scan
Security
- Supports 21 CFR Part 11 compliance through encryption, password protection, and data protection. Filter leak data saved on the iProbe Plus cannot be altered.
- Offers optional password protection of critical parameters such as date/time, deletion/removal, and encryption of the test data.
- Reporting: Can save approx. 150,000 scans. Each saved leak scan is in a .CSV and .PDF file format for easy analysis. The files can be removed via a USB-A stick.
- Printing: Output leak scan data via thermal printer for added convenience and data security
What can be password protected?
- Saved scan data files can be encrypted when downloaded
- Updating firmware
- Downloading or erasing data from the iProbe Plus
- Changing the date and time
- Resetting the password to default (ATIIPROBEPLUS)
Upstream/Downstream/Clear Controls
The iProbe Plus allows the user to actuate the Upstream/Downstream/Clear valves through the touchscreen (patented feature). This improves efficiency and safety by eliminating the need to actuate the valves through the 2i base unit.
Additional User Conveniences
- All firmware updates are installed via USB-A memory stick
- Unique 10-second “rewind” button allows the exclusion of accidental alarm events (patent pending)
- Ergonomic handle with finger grooves and thumb rest
- Important information displayed on screen, such as Max % Leakage; Filter ID; Elapsed Scan Time
iProbe Plus Ergonomic Handle
10-Second Rewind
Clear Visual Cue When Leak Exceeds Alarm Threshold
Audible and Vibratory options are also available.
Install All Future Firmware Updates Through the USB Port
User Benefit: No need to send the unit to a service center.
Stores Up to 150,000 Scans!
User Benefit: Eliminates the need to be connected to a computer or printer for real-time data collection.
Data Output in .CSV and .PDF Files
User Benefit: The .CSV file contains a summary of all filters scanned with the same iProbe Plus Serial Number, Job ID, and Room ID. This allows for easy sorting of leak scan data.
Two .PDF Files for each Filter Scanned
- Summary PDF file saves every failed alarm event
- Detailed PDF file saves every scan result (pass or fail) including those erased by the 10-second rewind
User Benefit: Detailed scan data for specific filters scanned in a secure PDF format
