Leak Test Results Traceability

  • Leak test IDs provide traceability of each saved leak test
    • Filter ID
    • Job ID
    • Room ID

  • Leak test IDs are included with all saved and printed reports

Data Storage and Reporting

  • Leak test results are saved as a PDF (Summary and Detailed) and CSV file
  • 64GB of storage, up to 150,00 saved scans
  • Data retrieved after applying filters
  • Data can be exported via Wi-Fi, USB flash drive, or optional thermal printer
  • Previously saved leak test results are viewable on the unit

Data Security

  • Saved leak test results cannot be edited on the 2J, meeting 21 CFR Part 11 requirements
  • Saved leak test data can be password protected
  • User login for additional data integrity and traceability

Multi-User Level Access

  • Four user levels – Administrator, Supervisor, Technician, and Guest
  • Each user has a unique username and password
  • Administrator can determine which functions are available for each user level
  • Up to 250 users can be created

Audit Trail
